» Organizational chart and Processes:
This College is administered by Annai Velankanni Administrative Society Reg 25/89, a body registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975. The college Executive committee consists of eleven members elected by the General Body of this society. The president , Vice President , Secretary / Correspondent, Joint Secretary and the Treasurer are elected by the members of the Executive committee.

» Nature and extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs / improvements:
The faculty members are dedicated to the improvement of the institution. Periodic joint meetings of the Faculty and the students are held. Matters relating to academic affairs are discussed and decisions taken.

Mechanism/Norms and Procedure for democratic /good governance:
A college council headed by the Principal and the Heads of all the Departments as members sees to this aspect. The Council is guided and supervised by the college Executive Committee.

Student feedback on institutional governance / faculty performance:
Regular student feedback is received by the staff. A formal feed back is get at the end of each semester.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students:
Staff Secretary and the student's representatives are having periodic meetings and grievances are examined and take in to the appropriate authority.
